Look over your schedule and pick 2 days you want off; rest days are just as important as gym days. Rest days allow your muscles to recover and strengthen.

There are many ways to create your workout split: body parts, muscle groups, push/pull, etc. Once you get comfortable, feel free to modify your routine; when I started my fitness journey, I created my workout split into (2) lower and (2) upper body days and one day dedicated to cardio/HIIT.
