What are Easy Recipes In a Jar?
Here are my top 3 recipes I make in a jar that I take to go when I’m rushing out the door for school or when I need a quick pre-workout before the gym.
Ingredients:
- Old Fashion Quaker Oats
- Vanilla Protein Powder
- Vanilla Almond Milk
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Honey
- Chia Seeds
- Granola
- Mason Jar
Steps:
- Pour 2 cups of oats into a jar
- Add 1 cup of almond milk to the jar
- Add 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- Add choice of topping: strawberry, banana and brown sugar, or blueberry
- Add additional toppings (optional): chia seeds, honey, greek yogurt, cinnamon, etc.
- Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
